I passed the exam!

Last updated on

In the professional organizing industry, the credential CPO means Certified Professional Organizer. There are only 7 CPO’s in the state of Missouri, and only a few hundred nationwide.

In order to become a CPO you must have at least 1500 hours of experience working with clients, 250 of those hours can be earned through continuing education credits. You must also pass a 2 hour exam which includes questions on project management, basic organizing principles, legal and ethical considerations and more.

I am thrilled to say that I sat for, and passed, the CPO exam on June 24, 2010. I hope that this certification will assure you that I am commited to helping people live simpler lives through my work as a professional organizer.
