My friend, and super real estate agent, Lindsey Johnson-Jacobs with the Susie O Johnson Team has a webpage that allows you to search for homes like an agent. You simply enter your search criteria and then each morning you get a report if there are price reductions or new listings that come on the market in the price range and area that you are interested in. Sellers can also sign up for a free account to see what homes are selling for around them.
