Meet our Team

Sue Anderson, CPO®, The Messy Desk Expert

A natural at creating systems that make processes flow smoothly and efficiently, Sue is passionate about helping people achieve peace, simplicity, and order in their home, office and life. She loves the thrill of empowering busy, overwhelmed people to become more productive (and less stressed) by setting up their home or office to function more efficiently and effortlessly. She believes professional organizing is not just about the stuff, it changes lives.

While most people are overwhelmed and paralyzed by their clutter or disorganization, Sue immediately sees the possibilities of what will be. “The bigger the mess, the more I love the work!” she says. With 25+ years experience in customer service and administrative/ clerical roles, Sue’s desire to help others far outweighed her fears of leaving the corporate world so she took a leap of faith and embraced the role in which she believes God created her for by becoming a professional organizer. She hasn’t looked back since!

Sue is recognized as an expert in the professional organizing field and is among those who are on the leading edge of education, strategies, products and standards concerning the organizing industry. Sue is 1 of only 7 Certified Professional Organizers in Missouri and 1 of only a few hundred nationwide. Shannon Zipoy, Professional Organizer

Shannon has always been an organized person and a logical thinker. She gets a huge kick out of creating systems and plans of action to make work, households, classrooms, social groups, organizations & life run more smoothly. Shannon gets so excited in the home organizing section of a store that she can spend hours looking for the perfect container, planner, or wandering the home office or school supply aisles.

These natural skills were tested and enhanced in her previous career as a high school social studies and special education teacher, and the head cheerleading coach. The daily management of multiple subjects, 180 teenage students and 50 – 60 energetic cheerleaders taught her a tremendous amount about herself and working with others to create organizational systems that function for everyone involved. Her experience and training as an educator provided her with unique skills and abilities to create multiple types of action plans for multiple types of learners and thinkers.

Shannon is a Certified Freedom Filer Consultant and serves as Director of Marketing for NAPO St Louis. She is also an active member of National Association Professional Organizers and National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization.
